1、Upload IVR prompts

Please go to Telephony->Inbound Control->IVR
Let’s take a 3-layer IVR as example here.
First of all, we need to create the last layer of IVR2. The final destination of the IVR2 is to the sales department or technical support department.
Then, create the middle layer of IVR1, its final destination is the operator’s extension or IVR2.
Finally, we can create the topmost Welcome layer, and its final destination is the operator’s extension or IVR1.
3、Set up Inbound route to the topmost Welcome IVR layer
Please go to Telephony->Inbound Control->Inbound Routes
Any calls that are from the trunk_out will be directly entered Welcome IVR layer.
